Do you work on e-bikes?
Yes, we do! We service all brands, handling everything from brake and gear tuning to wheel adjustments, flat repairs, and more. However, we don't work on electrical systems or motors - those are best addressed by the manufacturer or your the store you purchased it from.
When do I pay?
You'll typically pay once the repair is finished. In some cases, a deposit may be needed for special orders or higher-cost repairs.
Do you accept credit cards?
We currently do not accept credit cards. However, you can pay using cash, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, or Bitcoin. If you choose Bitcoin, you'll get 10% off your total bill.
Where is your shop located?
Our business operates from home, specifically out of our garage, where we keep all our tools. If you'd like to drop off or pick up a bike, just let us know, and we'll provide the address.
Which bike brands do you service?
We handle repairs for most bike brands, ranging from department store models to professional-grade bikes. If we believe a local bike shop would be a better fit for your needs, we'll let you know.
